ORDER PROCESSING
All orders are processed and shipped from California. Please note orders are processed pending item availability. You will be contacted if there are any issues with your order.

All items are made-to-order and therefore all products are final sale.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING
Ground Shipping - free for all orders
For non-ground shipping, see checkout for rates.
We do not ship to APO/FPO addressed or P.O. boxes. 
We do not ship on weekends or U.S. Holidays.

INSURANCE
All fine jewelry orders are shipped insured and require a signature upon delivery. If you choose to waive signature upon delivery, please note in Special Instructions/Gift Note at checkout or contact us upon placing your order. We are not responsible for any lost items that are not signature required.
