We do not accept returns as our jewelry is made to order and due to hygienic reasons. However, if there is an issue with your order, please contact us at hello@whit-jewelry.com within 7 days of receiving your order, and we’ll do our best to make it right. 

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at hello@whit-jewelry.com if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We’ll evaluate the issue and work to resolve it promptly.

Exchanges
We do not process direct exchanges. If there is an issue with your order, contact us to resolve it. If you need a different item, you’ll need to place a new order.
